KEPPEL BAY MARINA

Location: Singapore
Period of Involvement: 2006-2010
Number of Berths: 127 Berths
Involvement: Design of floating marina structures, Gangways and Piling.

DUBAI MARINA

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Period of Involvement: 2003 - 2010
Project Description A waterway over 3kms long with up to 4 separate marinas, a boat servicing facility and water taxi terminals servicing the residential development around the waterway. Up to 800 berths will be constructed.
Involvement:
  • Market Demand for marina berths and vessel servicing facility
  • Locate marinas and prepare concept layouts including water taxi terminals and vessel servicing facility
  • Feasibility study for the first marina and vessel servicing facility
  • Design of floating marina structures, gangways and piling.

    YAS MARINA

    Location: Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
    Period of Involvement: 2008 - 2009
    Project Description Yas Marina is positioned alongside the Formula One race track development in Abu Dhabi. The marina has 142 berths to accommodate vessels from 15 metres to 66 metres with guest berthing available for superyachts up to 150 metres.
    Involvement: Design of floating marina and superyacht berth structures, gangways and piling.
